Recently it feels as though period is passing by too quickly, like yesterday there was snow on the floor and wasn’t it simply Christmas once i baked a batch of cinnamon rolls and everything brunched inside our pajamas? There are certain times after i appreciate how quickly the hours fade, similar to the sunset in the evening. And other days where all Let me do is definitely linger in these occasions for a few times, bathing in every drop of memory and happiness. But as we know, life will move you by in the event that you spend too much time thinking about the past or future.

This has been my mantra lately. Live in the moment. Perform what you feel is right. Constantly trust your heart.
I’ve been on the quest to travel more; there’s something about any of it that feeds my spirit, filling up it with knowledge, contentment, adventure and love. I’ve been to the Caribbean, Arizona, Minnesota and Texas all in the last month. I’ve valued every moment, each air travel and on the way found that I value experiences over points, as I know that I’ll keep in mind these moments as long as I live. Cheesy much? Ha.
I wish to share with you the last part of my visit to the Caribbean with Princess Cruises. The first section of my trip was about the excursions and what we did at each port This time around I’m thrilled to enable you to get a glimpse in to the meals we ate and the remembrances we made together! Honestly I couldn’t possess asked for an easier way to introduce Spring.
Let me simply mention that now that I work from home, dressing up doesn’t happen often. I really like wearing dressing and buying an insane amount of heels; I believe I have to make Tony take me out more instead of snuggling in with some weirdo Netflix shows (lately I am into Bates Motel).

Now, about the meals!
There actually isn’t anything awful to say on the subject of the food in the cruise ship. There were several restaurants with several different culinary styles including italian, steak and seafood, a pastry shop, pizza, gelato and espresso bars. I by no means once felt limited by my dining options, particularly when it found the buffet which was packed with fresh fruits, veggies and newly prepared worldwide cuisines. DELICIOUS.
As you know, my mother came on the trip beside me. She’s mainly a vegetarian but she under no circumstances felt deprived and was usually able to ask for things produced vegetarian. The chefs had been wonderful this way.
Even in the restaurants, I could have lighter lunchtime choices. This was among my favorites – a black bean taquito like dish. These were baked rather than fried, vegetarian and filled with flavor!
Another thing I loved had been in a position to enjoy 4 or 5 5 course meals. Significantly, it was meals overload.
We also experienced the Chef’s Desk , which is a romantic dining encounter including a custom menu with wines pairings. We were even invited in to the kitchens; it was immaculate and smelt incredible.
We were given champagne and small bites to test while we watched them prepare pasta.
The menu was interesting and I do imply that in a great way! The chef prepared unique courses for us. My favorite was most likely the margarita sorbet palette cleanser… it even acquired a tequila drizzle!
I just want to quick mention among my favorite treats too!
While at St. Maarten we got probably the most fabulous gelato; I chosen caramel and coconut. My mother got the cherry amaretto and it was basically the BEST gelato I’ve ever tasted in my own lifestyle. Granted I haven’t gone to Italy yet.
Either way, it had been a wonderful experience and We left the island happy. My only regret isn’t getting out to the other side from the island to see the real meals. I always love to enjoy food like a regional and actually diverge myself into the culture.
While back in the dispatch, my two favourite go to snacks were a small greek salad and unlimited soft serve. The salad was relaxing and fantastic with refreshing shrimp. Also, I really had to be sure I was consuming lighter lunches because of my 5 course dinners and sweets twice per day time.
Because I favor soft serve snow cream and frozen yogurt, the unlimited small cones were such a nice refresher especially after laying out all day long. Also… SPRINKLES!
