Alright I’m a bit dramatic, but regular chicken stir-frys simply don’t do it for me. Think about the stir-frys at chinese language restaurants? NO CHANCE! I think of these as science experiments. Think about it, they sit down under heat lights for hours! Who knows what’s lurking for the reason that bright red nice and sour sauce. (Seriously, how could it be so reddish)? Another thing that’s upsetting? Searching for poultry between thick inches of fried batter within your stir-fry. Personally i think like my arteries are screaming at me to stop.
I’ll admit everything talk about chinese language buffets is normally a bit hypocritical of me, but just because I just confessed to consuming this lemon pie last week. 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into little cubes
1 white onion, diced
1 orange pepper, chopped
2 garlic clove cloves, minced
1 may of diced tomato vegetables (fire-roasted is great), drained
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 cup chopped refreshing cilantro, plus extra for serving
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
Put sweet potato in small pot with enough cool water to simply cover them. Bring the water to a boil over medium-high warmth and make about 4 mins. Remove from temperature and drain.
