I had found out about black bean brownies before, thus I’ve been experimenting for a few weeks with various formulas and came up with this to shock and delight you.
After baking these, I stood now there smiling with chocolate around my face because I needed finally perfected a recipe for fudgy healthy brownies that taste AMAZING. Yeah, alright I know you’re doubting me right now. You might actually think I’m very weird (which I totally am).
But is it possible to just believe me upon this one?
Seriously I made the brownies 2 hours back and there’s only one left. It’s taking most of my willpower for the brownie not saying hello to my mouth area. I’m still in awe; how do brownies made with black coffee beans and avocado be THIS freaking good?!
I even tricked my Godkids into thinking they were the homemade fudgy, buttery brownies. ONCE I told them these were made with black coffee beans, and avocado, they stared at me and explained I was lying down. I just laughed and demonstrated them the clear can of black beans.

Ingredients
1 – 15 oz can easily of black beans, rinsed and drained
2 eggs
1 teaspoon coconut or olive oil
2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (vital that you use a VERY top quality powder!)
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup darkish sugar
1/3 cup chocolate chips of preference, in addition 2 tablespoons for topping
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 levels F. Grease a 8×8 inch baking pan.

For the non-health food eaters: as healthy chocolate bars, these are good! They’re not regular brownies – if I hadn’t expected them to flavor like brownies, I think I would have been happier with the final product!
When I make them again, I will purée the beans first (my brownies have small flakes of bean skin within them) and maybe add some coconut or peanut butter. If you ask me, these flavor best when combined with another thing (e.g. placed under snow cream, topped with peanut butter)
We made these brownies tonight. They were really good. WHEN I was making them, I told my boyfriend to stay from the kitchen because I didn’t desire him to see what they’re crafted from (he’s kind of a picky eater). When I offered him a bit, he stated he would need even more – he loved it! WHEN I told him what these were made out of, he really was surprised. That didn’t stop him from keeping eating haha. Plus he stated it was a bonus for him – even more protein! So far as the uniformity of my brownies – they were not gooey/fudgy whatsoever. I utilized a banana rather than an a avocado because three food markets did not have a ripe avocado! Added even more coconut essential oil since I didn’t possess the oil from your avocado. But still not fudgy. I also used agave instead of sugar – merely to make it a tad healthier.
With all that said – do you know what it really is which makes the brownies to have that gooey/fudgy consistency??
