Makes 1 sandwich (double for 2)
1 tablespoon top quality raspberry jam (preferably low in glucose)
2 ounces goat mozzarella cheese, crumbled or spreadable kind
1 little peach, sliced
Directions
Preheat a non-stick skillet over moderate temperature. Butter one aspect of the breads slices. Place one cut of loaf of bread butter aspect down on the pan. Add goat parmesan cheese and place peach slices on top. On various other breads slice, spread raspberry jam privately without the butter; place butter aspect up on best.
